Porsche unveiled the third iteration of the Panamera today in Shanghai, surprising the audience with the introduction of a unique vehicle. This exclusive Turbo model, a distinctive project, was crafted by the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur team specializing in personalized cars. The aim is to highlight the limitless possibilities when customizing the car through the Sonderwunsch program, allowing for individualized requests.

While technically a singular creation, Porsche emphasizes the “virtually boundless choices” for the latest model, implying the potential to order a similar one. It showcases an elaborate dual-tone paint centered around the primary Leblon Violet Metallic hue, featuring violet tones complemented by subtle chestnut highlights. Adding to its allure, the clear coat incorporates flakes infused with genuine gold, ensuring an attention-grabbing aesthetic.

The lower part of the body is completed in a deep shade. Separating these tones is a painted line in an unusual metallic color. This novel shade, previously unused, is also used on the borders of the lateral windows and the 21-inch wheels at the center. To emphasize the dual-color appearance, Porsche painted the spoilers and door thresholds in a rich dark color, and also applied a strong shade to the lights and windows. Concluding the alterations are the exhaust tips in a distinct bronze shade.

The rationale for Zuffenhausen not disclosing any visuals of the inside is that the interior of the Panamera Turbo Sonderwunsch won’t be settled until the following year. This distinctive automobile will function as an example for those willing to invest more for a truly personalized vehicle.

Meanwhile, Porsche has commenced taking reservations for the latest Panamera in the U.S., kicking off at $99,900. This marks the cost for the rear-wheel-drive variant, excluding the obligatory $1,650 destination and handling charges. The Panamera 4, equipped with all-wheel drive, is priced at $106,900, and both editions are slated to hit dealerships in the upcoming spring. Information regarding pricing and availability for the Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid will be unveiled at a subsequent date.
