Chrysler has extended the Pacifica lineup with a new model titled as the ‘Touring Plus’. The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus trim has a number of new features including a power liftgate, three-zone automatic temperature control, enhanced front fascia, projector headlamps, LED taillights, fog lamps, second and third row sun shades and a universal garage door opener.
Moreover, the automaker will also deliver an overhead DVD player worth $995 free of charge to customers who opt for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus with 18-inch wheels and 8.4-inch Uconnect infotainment display.
The Touring Plus is powered by a 3.6L Pentastar V6 unit which delivers 287 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission system and the car is capable of hitting the 60 mph mark in just 6.7 seconds.
In addition to the Touring Plus model, the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is available in five trim levels namely LX, Touring, Touring-L, Touring-L Plus and Limited. The base LX starts at $30,090, whereas the Limited model is priced at $43,990.
